Mr. Netrapal Singh Raghav

He is a seasoned financial services professional with over two decades of experience in housing finance, mortgage lending, and retail banking. He is widely recognized for his ability to build and scale businesses, manage credit risk, and ensure strong regulatory compliance, making him a respected leader in the NBFC and housing finance sector.
A key highlight of his career is his leadership at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited (ABHFL), where he played a pivotal role in building the organization from inception and later served as Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, the company scaled to ~₹13,000 crore AUM, expanded to 300+ branches, and built a team of over 2,000 employees. He also led portfolio diversification into affordable housing, creating a balanced mix of prime and affordable loans.
Prior to ABHFL, he held leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank, ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, and HDFC Ltd., gaining deep experience in mortgage operations, portfolio management, and retail lending.
He brings strong experience in governance and regulatory engagement, with exposure to board-level discussions and full P&L responsibility, overseeing credit, risk, collections, and compliance.
He holds a B.Com (Hons.) from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur, and an MBA in Finance & Marketing from EMPI Business School, New Delhi, along with an Advanced Management Program from Kellogg School of Management, USA (2018).
