Responsibilities
- Mortgage Business Volume generation with HL & LAP mix.
- Disbursement Target: To achieve disbursement targets as per budget which is based on market potential and UHF’s growth aspirations – Self and team both.
- IRR, Fees and insurance.
- Distribution management.
- Collections 1 – 90.
- Productivity: Monitor and drive FOS productivity.
- Attraction and retention of Talent: Identify and recruit performers from the market as per budget projections.
- Customer PD, engagement and retention.
- Marketing activities in the location.
- Co-ordination with HO for all portfolio related activities including operational, regulatory, audit, ratings amongst others.
- Any other as business requires.
