- The insurance provides coverage to mortgaged properties against any damage due to natural calamities like Fire, Earthquake, Flood.
- Reconstruction cost (up to the coverage amount) can be claimed in case of any eventuality.
- The cover is provided for full loan tenure or 10 years (whichever is lower) & total loan amount with one time premium (single premium).
- Ummeed Housing Finance has tied up with Kotak Life Insurance & ICICI Prudential Life Insurance to offer Life Insurance coverage to the main income borrower in the loan structure.
